During the course of the CORE Elite Wellness Program™ we recommend engaging in aerobic exercise at least every other day for a minimum of 30 minutes. Aerobic exercise such as cycling, swimming or brisk walking improves detoxification by encouraging perspiration, increasing circulation, breaking down fat, and stimulating the lymphatic system.

Without exercise, gravity pulls the lymph downward and it becomes sluggish and the toxins that it would carry out of your body become heavy.

Exercise is key in avoiding premature aging from toxic accumulation in the body.
